These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website located at concretecompanyedinburg.com and your engagement with the services provided by Precision Edinburg Concrete Company ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this website or requesting services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or request services.
By using this website or contacting us to request concrete services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our website.
Precision Edinburg Concrete Company provides concrete contracting services in and around Edinburg, TX, including but not limited to concrete driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, pool decks, retaining walls, floors, and related concrete work. Services are performed at residential and commercial properties within our service area.
All services are subject to a written estimate and agreement prior to commencement. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
All estimates provided by Precision Edinburg Concrete Company are based on information available at the time of the site visit or consultation. Estimates are not binding contracts. A final, written proposal will be provided before any work begins.
Prices may change if the scope of work changes after the estimate is issued, if unforeseen site conditions are discovered during work, or if material costs increase significantly between the estimate date and the project start date. Any changes to scope or price will be communicated to you in writing before additional work proceeds.
Scheduled project dates are subject to change due to weather conditions, material availability, permit processing times, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as soon as possible of any scheduling changes.
Concrete work, particularly outdoor pours, may be delayed due to rain, extreme heat, or other weather conditions that would compromise the quality of the finished product. We will not perform work under conditions that would result in a substandard outcome.
You may cancel a scheduled project by contacting us in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs, materials ordered, or permit fees already incurred on your behalf.
If we must cancel a scheduled project due to circumstances within our control, we will notify you promptly and reschedule at a mutually agreeable time. No cancellation fee applies to customer cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance.
Payment terms will be specified in the written project agreement. In general, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project. We reserve the right to require a deposit to cover materials costs before scheduling your project.
All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in the written agreement. Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee and may result in referral to a collections agency or legal action. The customer is responsible for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees, if collection becomes necessary.
Before work begins, you agree to:
We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other buried items that were not disclosed prior to work beginning.
We stand behind the quality of our work. However, concrete is a natural material that is subject to cracking, settling, and surface variation over time, particularly in climates with expansive soils such as the Rio Grande Valley. Minor hairline cracks are a normal characteristic of concrete and are not considered defects.
Any warranty offered on a specific project will be stated in the written project agreement. Unless a written warranty is provided, all work is delivered "as is" to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This website and any information provided on it are offered "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Precision Edinburg Concrete Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes that proceed to litigation will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hidalgo County, Texas.
